If you are wondering what the title means, it is the (formal)Korean way of saying “Happy Birthday!” And if you are also wondering why I chose that as a title, it is because we just celebrated my twin brothers’ birthday and they are what we like to call “K-Pop addicts.” Over the weekend, my dear brothers Joshua and Jeremiah turned 16. I can’t believe they’re already 16. They’ve grown so much right before my eyes. Not too long ago, Mom and I were just changing their diapers, washing their feeding bottles, helping them out in their Elementary assignments, but now Jeremiah is even taller than me! And what is this all telling me? Yes, I am growing older. 🙂
Since December 12 falls on a Sunday, we attended the service first and bought some stuff for the celebration after. Jeremiah, on the other hand, went to UST for the college entrance exam. Around 4pm, Mom cooked up spaghetti and some fried chicken while I hopped into TriNoma to buy some cake, pizza and ice cream. Come night time, we feasted our eyes and tummies with such wonderful birthday treats!
The happy people
with our Super Mom!
Suffice it to say, we enjoyed their birthday celebration. They didn’t invite their friends this time unlike last year where we had a pool party for them. Good idea, para tipid haha! So to the twins, I wish you all the best especially in the coming years as you embark on a new phase of your studies. Good luck with college life! I know you can do it, just enjoy each day. Be good always, like kuya hehe 😀 I love you both! 🙂
