Patok jeepneys are definitely one of the staple attractions in the PUP area.. The name speaks for itself: it has colorful decorations in and out, loud and funky music, catchy names and most especially it’s speed.. All of them factors contributing as to why it’s called patok. Which is why most students won’t even care how long it will take them to wait for a Patok they want to be in, nor they won’t care if seats are’nt enough for them, so as long as they’d be seen in a Patok jeepney.. I so missed our Patok days, it has been a part of our daily PUP lives for 4 years.. Which made me decide to create this forum.. For sure we all had our own Patok or any jeepney moments worth sharing with, don’t we all? Be it funny, scary, sad, whatever floats your boat! Just post em all here.. I’ll start with my very own, at least the ones I remember..

>> I was in first year on my way home around 9pm (I have a night sched that time), and the jeep was already in the Cubao area when suddenly a man with a “balisong” threatened all of us inside “Kung sinong papalag, masasaktan!”. That sure scared the hell out of me! So with all the other passengers.. That guy is not even a passenger, he just popped out from nowhere and it turned out that he was just tripping! Goodness!

>> Me and my Popoy friends were inside a Patok one afternoon after class.. One friend was with her then boyfriend (now husband haha) and they were arguing about something (they were decent enough not to make a scene) when the boyfriend suddenly dropped off somewhere! Talk about walkin out, hehe.. Our friend, who’s beside her closest buddy, cried after what happened.. But now, they are happily married for 4years with 1 cute lil baby girl ;o)

>> One more thing that I fondly remember most was when we’re taking round trips.. We would wait for the Patok on V.Mapa then run for our lives when we see one haha! I remember one time while waiting, our gay friend suddenly freaked out and screamed! He apparently saw a girl wearing the same shirt as his!

>> With some Popoy friends again, this time on our way home from a friend’s place in Marikina.. Around 11pm, most of us were a bit drunk when the “mamang nakasabit”, as what my friend exclaimed, snatched one passenger’s wrist watch! That sure woke us all up!

>> This one I so remember.. Havin a boring day at school, our professors are not showing up that’s why we decided to go to SM and indulge ourselves in our favorite past time, VIDEOKE! hehehe.. Turned out that other classmates too were planning to go as well, so we all headed our way.. Inside the jeepney, I realized that I’ve brought my camera along with me.. So being the camera whore that I am, I started taking pictures of my friends haha! I just thought the timing was perfect, since lots of us are all inside the jeepney hehe.. ;o) Too bad I can’t attach the pictures here..

>> This last one’s an experience with a weirdo.. Several times I’ve encountered one weird guy with spectacles who would ask the driver to cut the loud music off, and then he’d introduce himself as someone with a last name Salonga.. He would then start to talk about some odd stuff like he invented some things, claiming that he is Lea Salonga’s brother (geez!) and that he deserve more citations and awards than her, about aliens, about the end of the world and some other things that only a person in an insane asylum can think of.. That guy really creeps me out! Loony! hehehe..

So, that’s about it.. I’ll try to think of some more.. Hope to read your stories, too!! Thanks!! ;o)

These Dreams

29 02 2008

2log.jpg

Dreams, they say, usually tell us what lies ahead in the future… Sometimes dreams also brings us back to the past… It can make us laugh, smile (if it’s a pleasant one), cry, give us a fright (if it’s a bad one), and can even make us think… Below are some of the most unforgettable dreams i’ve ever had (well, at least the most recent ones and those i remember), some are funny and even weird…

* I was inside a classroom (i cant figure where or what school), and beside me/in our group are my highschool boys classmates (cant remember who in particular), and at the other side are my elementary girl classmates, and the teacher is one of my college professor!!! halo halo diba.. hahaha… of course, err, we were talking with each other (my seatmates) while the prof is discussing something hehehe… i cant remember how it ended…

** This one’s weird.. I was residing on slum and was inside one of the many houses there, seating on the floor crying.. I don’t know why but i was talking to someone, he’s blabbing about some things i cant remember, and i just kept on crying… Then he came to the point where he led me to go outside to see someone, a man facing a wide dirty river… I caught that man’s attention by tapping his shoulder to face me, and within split second, he turned into an old man!! I continued crying, and the first man kept on saying things na parang nakakapagpa-konsensya sa akin.. i really dont know why!! and then i suddenly went inside the house, took a knife then placed it inside my palm and closed it, feeling the sharp blade within me… and i kept on crying.. slash, slash, slash, on my hands… then i woke up crying very hard, sobbing… whew!! i woke up exhausted because of that.. i dont know what to feel afterwards.. it was like a scene from a well crafted play, or a classic movie adored by many (and i am one of the main characters of course, hehehe)… i find it weird, and i dont know why…

*** This next one’s tragic… I was atop a beautiful house on the hill and it felt really good… the view was very picturesque, blue skies, strong standing mountains, chirping birds, warm breeze.. then suddenly a very hard rain poured, the house began to shake, there’s an earthquake!! but, the people i was with didn’t mind it at all, they just kept on playing mahjong (i dont know them!!)… i went to the corridor, looked down outside and saw the big flood, cars crashing and people drowning… thunders loudly roaring.. i cant remember how it ended.. but it was so vivid that time..

**** Eto kilig moment, hehehe… i was walking at a park with my crush, holding hands.. asus!! hehehehe… after a while, we kissed… then sumakay sya sa jeep, naiwan ako… ayun, ending na… hahahaha…

yan lang ung ibang naaalala ko… i’ll think of some of the good ones, then probably repost/edit this blog na lang… see u in my dreams!!! just choose one, kung ano gusto mo ituloy hahahaha…

Three girls and an orgy

p7200006.jpgp7200006.jpgA random thought… Would any guy go for an orgy with three girls? I bet some would, and some wouldn’t. Expect answers such as “hell yeah!”, “depends..”, or “no effing way!”. Taking risk may come at one point, but if you’d ask me, I’d definitely do it. In fact, I already did. Here’s the story.

Some time ago, I had the chance to meet up with three highschool girl friends (notice the space between the two words, ok). It was a weekend, and we all got nothin to do one Sunday night so we decided to see each other. So, usual things happened, we catch up on things, the endless how-are-you-doin-nice-to-see-you-again stuff and also the dreaded “you lost/gained weight!” and “how’s your lovelife?” scene. We had a nice dinner, havin a blast so to speak. A site to behold.

Then suddenly, things started to heat up. Probably because of the heated discussions about family, love & relationship, cheating with your partner, and yes, even getting laid! Two of the girls actually opened up a discussion about their sexual escapades with their boyfriends, how they enjoyed it and eventualy on getting sick of it. Both of them had their share of failed relationships, that’s why one of the girl cant help but cry and took the load off her chest. We ran out of hankies and tissues, really. And, being the nice o’le friend that we are (hehe), we started filling her in with words of wisdom. Eventually, she felt better and we just recounted our good highschool memories. We had so much fun!

And oh, you’re probably wondering what happened to the orgy I am braggin about? It’s what we had while sharing those fun and not-so-good memories we’ve encountered. It’s what we devoured into for like 4 freakin hours. It’s that nice lookin tall bottle of flavored lambanog, ORGY being its name.
